To create a Message Schedule, please make sure you have subscribed to the 'Messaging Plan'.  If you do not have this plan, but would like to, please see this article for instructions. 

There are two ways to create and select a Message Schedule. One way is to login as the Administrator and the other way is to login using the Location username (provided permissions have been granted by the Administrator).

Log into as the user for the location where the Messages will play.

Select 'Messaging' at the top of the screen.

Then select Messages down in the left navigation bar:

Once you have clicked on 'Schedules', you should see an option to 'Create Message Schedule:

Click on 'Add Message', and you will see the options to fill out for the schedule details.

Once the message schedule is created, you should be able to see it.  You can also change the view from either a List View, or Calendar View.  Just select one of the two icons, as shown below.  

To the right of the screen, you can change the date range.  If you have added a schedule to the future, you will need to change the date here in order to see it. 

An additional path to navigate to creating a message schedule, is to click 'Account' at the top of the screen, then Messages>Schedules from the left navigation menu.
