Customers on the Messaging Plan have the option to request Pandora CloudCover produce messages that can play in between songs or at specified time.
To request a message be made by our production studio, follow these steps:
Log in using your Administrator account
Click on 'Account' at the top of the page
Click on the 'Your Library' in the left navigation menu
Click the 'Request Production' button
Note: There is a fee for message production. Messages can be uploaded by yourself, which is included with the Messaging Plan.
Fill out the message details, then click Request Message. Your message will be recorded and uploaded within 5 business days.
