We’re continuing to see widespread impacts from the ongoing Amazon Web Services (AWS) outage, which is affecting multiple systems across the internet — including our platform.

In addition to previously reported playback and connectivity issues, we’re now seeing intermittent problems with remote control functions such as play, pause, and station changes on CloudBox devices. Some devices may appear connected but fail to respond as expected.
