Our network provider experienced an issue, which has now been resolved. We will do a full investigation and root cause analysis and are also taking preventative measures in the event a similar outage occurs. Issues with Cloud Cover Music not working on Sonos has been resolved.

We are experiencing intermittent issues which are occurring at our service provider (Amazon) at this time. Sonos service is currently unavailable.
