If you are seeing the message, "The device should play soon.", but the music in fact, does not play soon; there are a few things to check.
The easiest thing to check is what device you were streaming with vs what device do you want to stream with now? Make sure the player bar is set to 'Play Here' on the device you want to stream with. You want it to look like the image below:
If it is already, it's likely that it was streaming in another browser or mobile device. If you are sure that you want to stream music right where you are now, go ahead and switch the play/remote toggle in your browser back and forth, and make sure your music isn't paused.
Also ensure that you are logged in as the correct streaming location/username. Each location/username can only stream on one device at a time. If you have multiple locations, it's possible that the issue is just being logged in as the incorrect location/username.
If that doesn't work, it's possible that you actually have a CloudBox that is streaming the music, so streaming from the browser or the app is not the best option. If you are sure this is what you want to do, you can unplug the CloudBox from power.
If you are trying to stream music from your CloudBox but it is not playing, make sure the volume is up on the account and you see a green dot under the status column.
