Introducing the CloudBox Network Diagnostics Tool, a powerful utility designed to assist users in assessing their network configurations for seamless music streaming. This tool performs a thorough analysis of your network settings to identify any potential issues related to the accessibility of URLs specified in our Firewall, Proxy, and Content Filter Configurations guide. By providing users with valuable insights into their network's performance, this tool aims to facilitate troubleshooting and ensure uninterrupted music streaming experiences. In this article, we'll delve into the functionality and usage of the CloudBox Network Diagnostics Tool, equipping users with the knowledge needed to optimize their network settings effortlessly.

To access the diagnostics tool, you must first connect your CloudBox to an HDMI monitor and use a USB mouse. Once the CloudBox is connected and has booted up, it will automatically launch our app by default. You should observe a screen resembling the one depicted below.

To access the diagnostics tool, please left-click your mouse. This action will trigger text to pop-up in the bottom right hand corner of your screen.

Next, click anywhere on the white text located in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen.

The diagnostics tool will now begin its examination of your network to determine if any of the necessary URLs outlined in our Firewall, Proxy, and Content Filter Configurations guide are inaccessible.

Once the diagnostics are complete, the results will be displayed, indicating which URLs have passed or failed. If you require any assistance in interpreting these results, please do not hesitate to contact our support team for further assistance.

To exit the tool, simply select "CLICK HERE TO CLOSE."
