Cloud Cover Music normalizes the volume levels of every song in our catalogue, standardizing the songs to play at the same volume. However, uploaded messages in our system are not automatically normalized in our system. Message volume will need to be adjusted in an external audio editing application. If you need help adjusting message volume please reach out to our support team.
Certain sound systems have volume adjustment settings which automatically decrease or increase sound levels under certain conditions, for example clipping or audio ducking. If you hear differences in volume, please check that there are no volume adjustment settings activated on your speaker system.
