Tap the three white bars at the top left of the app:

Tap the name of the Zone at the top right. In this example, the name of the Zone is "Zone 1":

Now select which Zone you want to control:

*Note: If you are on the setting "Stream on this Device" your music will change as you will be changing which Zone you are getting your music from!
