New player bar rolling out: We’re gradually introducing a new player bar with an updated way to see and control where your music is playing.
If your player bar includes a Play Here / Play Remote toggle, follow the instructions below. If you see a player selector next to your Zone instead, jump to Using the New Player Bar at the bottom of this article.

To stream from a Browser, follow these steps:
Log in at https://tune.cloudcovermusic.com.
Once logged in, you can click on 'Music', and then select a station to 'play now' or 'play next'.
3. There is also a player bar down at the bottom of the page. If you want to play music from your browser, make sure the toggle is set to 'Play Here', and your zone is selected.
4. If the music is paused, you can hit the play button, and it will start streaming.
Using the New Player Bar
Log in to Pandora CloudCover at tune.cloudcovermusic.com.
Use the Zone selector on the far right of the player bar to select the Zone you want to control.
Open the Player selector to see where music is currently playing.
When music is playing locally in the browser you're currently using, you'll see a laptop icon with no text label.
When another player is active, the button is highlighted in blue and identifies the selected player (for example, a CloudBox, browser, mobile device, or Sonos player).
Choose “This Device” to play music through the browser you're currently using
Go to Music, hover over a station, and choose Play Now.
Once playback starts, the player bar shows the current track and gives you access to playback controls.
Switching between players
If a CloudBox is registered to the selected Zone, it will appear as an option in the player selector. Select the CloudBox to move playback to it.
Only one player can be actively playing a Zone at a time.
Use caution when switching players. Selecting a different player will stop playback on the player currently associated with the Zone. Before switching, make sure you won't interrupt music that customers or employees are currently listening to.
The player selector does not discover or let you remotely select other browsers, mobile devices, or Sonos players. To play the Zone on one of those devices, go to that device and start playback there.
For example, if you want to move playback from your current browser to your phone, open the Pandora CloudCover app on your phone, select the Zone, and start playback from the phone.
Internet connection requirements
For reliable streaming, Pandora CloudCover requires at least 512 Kbps of dedicated download bandwidth, with 1.5 Mbps recommended. Slower connections may result in buffering or gaps between songs.
