Our cloud-based servers will let you host an unlimited number of messages in your Library. You can easily add messages to your account here:
Log into https://tune.cloudcovermusic.com
Select MESSAGING at the top left-hand corner
And then select the 'Message Library' button under the 'Presets' tab to the right
OR
Log into https://tune.cloudcovermusic.com
Select ACCOUNT at the top left-hand corner
And then down at the bottom of the gray sidebar on the left, under the Messages section, click 'Your Library'
After you click through to the Message Library, you will be able to use the green 'Upload' button to add in as many messages to your library as you would like as MP3 files.
TIP: All music on our platform is ingested at a mastering volume level of -16 LUFS. If you are recording your own messages, please be sure to be conscious of the volume matches because our messaging system does not normalize or adjust the level of your messages after they've been uploaded.
LUFS stands for Loudness Units relative to Full Scale. It's a standardized measurement of audio loudness that factors human perception and electrical signal intensity together. LUFS are used to set targets for audio normalization in broadcast systems for cinema, TV, radio and music streaming.
