The Display Library is currently available to customers on the "Messaging & Signage" plan. Contact Customer Support if you're interested in upgrading.
The Display Library makes it simple to control what’s on your screens, perfect for showcasing brand videos, highlighting products, and sharing promotions. All you need is a standard HDMI cable from your connected CloudBox to an in-store screen.
Signage is powered by your CloudBox media player. Each independent TV or display requires:
One CloudBox
One Zone
An HDMI connection from the CloudBox to the TV/display
Once connected, the CloudBox delivers a video feed to that screen. From the Display Library in your dashboard, you can:
Upload images and videos
Assign any image or video to any Zone
Each Zone operates independently, giving you full control over what appears on each screen across your locations.
Upload Images and Videos to the Display Library
Step 1: Under the Account section, open the Display Library.
Step 2: Click Upload and select images or videos from your device.
Step 3: Wait a few seconds while your files upload and process. Once uploaded, your media appears in the library, ready to use.
Assign Media to Display Zones
Step 1: Go to the Zones dashboard to see available zones.
Step 2: Select one or more zones you want to update.
Step 3: Click the Display dropdown for your chosen zone(s) and select the recently uploaded video or image.
You’ve now switched the display in those zones from the default album art to your custom media. TVs or displays connected to a CloudBox will show the updated content.
Manage and Switch Displays
Step 1: To remove custom content, select a zone and then select No Display. The system will revert to showing album art.
Step 2: To change the display again, simply assign another media asset from your library.
Display/Signage Permissions
Access to the Display Library and control of in-store displays follows the same permission model as Messaging.
Message Admins / Manage Messages
Users with Message Admin access or the Manage Messages permission can:
Upload and manage media in the Display Library
Choose which media plays on displays at locations they have access to
This role is intended for users responsible for creating and managing messaging and signage content at scale.
Select Messages
Users with the Select Messages permission can:
View and select existing media from the Display Library
Choose which approved media plays on displays at locations they have access to

This role is best suited for location-level users who need to choose from pre-approved content without creating new assets.
