Troubleshooting the Message: There was an issue changing the station

From the Account>Zones page, for those on the Manage and Messaging Plan, the admin on the account can change the station for one or multiple locations and zones. Sometimes, a message might appear when you attempt to make a change that says something like, "There was an issue changing the station for 5 zone(s)." This can occur for a couple of different reasons.

If you have Company Selections enabled for some or all your locations, and have not added the Station, Mix Station, or Daypart you are trying to assign, you will see this message. To resolve this, go to Account>Company Selections and add that Station, Mix, or Daypart to the approved list.

If you are trying to assign a Pandora Radio station to a location that has not yet streamed, you will see this same message. You can either log into that location and stream music, then assign the station, or wait for the location to stream themselves, and then assign the station.
