Mobile App Functionality

Use our mobile app to stream and control your music.

Our mobile app can be used to both stream and control your music for business, including changing Stations, switching between Dayparts and Mix Stations, and more.

Stream Music from the App

  1. Download the Pandora CloudCover app from the App Store for iPhone, the Play Store for Android, or the Amazon Appstore for Amazon Fire. The App icon is white with a blue logo and the word MUSIC.

  2. Log in to your streaming location using your username and password.

  3. Once you log in, a Device Activation message will ask whether you want to activate that device. Select OK.

  4. The app will open and play your currently selected station.

  5. Select the Menu Button on the top of the page. The Menu Button resembles three horizontal vertical lines.

  6. From the Menu, you may select between Cloud Stations, Mix Stations, Dayparting, Messages and Remove Songs.

Control Music on Other Devices from the App

  1. Download the Pandora CloudCover app from the App Store for iPhone, or the Play Store for Android. The App icon is white with a blue logo and the word MUSIC.

  2. Log in to the app for your streaming location using your username and password.

  3. Once you log in, a Device Activation message will ask whether you want to activate that device. Select Cancel.

  4. You will then receive an Activation Failed message. Select OK.

  5. Select the Menu Button on the top of the page. The Menu Button resembles three horizontal vertical lines.

  6. From the Menu, you may select between Cloud Stations, Mix Stations, Dayparting, Messages and Remove Songs.

About the App Menu

The App Menu contains the following tabs: Now Playing, Stations, Mix Stations, Dayparting, Messages, Remove Songs, About and Log Out. We have listed the function for each tab below:

  • Under Cloud Stations, you may switch between stations by clicking the station you wish to play.

  • Under Mix Stations, you may switch between the Mix Stations you have created

  • Under Dayparting, you may switch between the Dayparts you have created

  • Under Messages, you may switch between the Message Presets you have created

  • Under Remove Song, you may view the 20 most recent songs you've streamed. You may remove songs by selecting the red X next to the titles

  • About lists your username, Company, app version, and a link to our support phone line

  • Log Out logs you out of the app

Please note that if you have not created any Mix Stations, Dayparts or Message Presets, those pages will display as 'No results found'.
